Project requests
When you send a project request, the site collects the name, work email, optional company, selected business intent, message/context, source page, consent record and technical metadata needed for abuse prevention and delivery status. We use this information to receive, protect, route and respond to your request.
Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is designed to load only after you choose to allow analytics. Analytics is non-essential and can be declined without disabling the project-request form. MYTH does not intentionally send the contents of your project request, your name or your email address to analytics.
Storage and service providers
Project requests are designed to be stored in MYTH’s configured PostgreSQL database. Notification email is sent only when the configured email delivery provider and recipient are available. Infrastructure providers necessarily process limited technical data to operate the website. This policy does not name providers that are not actually configured.
Retention and your choices
MYTH should retain project-request information only as long as reasonably needed to evaluate the request, communicate with you, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. You can decline non-essential analytics. A production contact channel for privacy requests must be confirmed before launch.
Security and limitations
Reasonable technical controls are used to reduce unauthorized access and abuse. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials or other highly sensitive information through the project form.
Policy changes
This policy may change as the public website’s data flows or configured providers change. The effective date above identifies this version.
